Mercer

Mercer is a New York inspired café and bar, bringing together specialty coffee by day and signature cocktails by night. The identity explores noir themes, bold typography, editorial layouts, and a refined red, cream, and black colour palette, combining NYC’s coffee culture and vibrant nightlife while feeling at home in Melbourne.

The project includes branding, packaging, menus, coasters, social media, signage, and digital touchpoints, creating a complete hospitality brand from concept to execution.​
